Cupping is a form of instrument assisted massage therapy that applies massage cups to certain areas of the body and uses suction to create negative pressure inside the cup. This modality of care can be beneficial for the lymphatic system, ease muscle aches and pain, and is a wonderful treatment for soft tissue mobilization

This treatment is not suited for clients on blood thinning medications. Cupping may leave temporary discoloration to the treatment area due to the suction of the cups.
