Sound Immersion Therapy is wonderful for stress relief, and to create a safe environment for clients to relax, connect with their emotions, and soothe their nervous system in a way that allows time and space for healing in the body.

We have two primary nervous system states: sympathetic, and parasympathetic.

Sympathetic nervous system state is a state of fight/flight/freeze. We live in a world that is increasingly stressful and fast paced. This can leave us feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or burned out.

Parasympathetic nervous system state is associated with a relaxed state aka &quot;rest and digest state.&quot; When we are in parasympathetic nervous system states, we are able to improve our digestion, sleep patterns, and overall wellbeing.

Using various instruments, Sound Immersion Therapy helps to guide us into a relaxed state. Crystal singing bowls, harps, drums, chimes, and other instruments will guide you towards a more parasympathetic state.

Private sessions can be either a 1-1 session, or a private group session for up to 4 people. Please give advanced notice if this is a private group class.

Myofascial release therapy is a hands-on bodywork modality that focuses on the connective tissue network of the body, our fascia. 
Myofascial work is performed without oils or lotions applied to the skin to allow the practitioner to work into deeper layers of tissue.
Clients must bring a sports bra or tank top, and gym shorts or yoga pants for treatment. Please do not wear any lotions or moisturizers on your skin the day of session for best results.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Enjoy an extended massage session featuring one hour of myofascial work followed by an additional 30 minutes of cupping therapy.

Myofascial / Cupping combo

Cupping is a form of instrument assisted massage therapy that applies massage cups to certain areas of the body and uses suction to create negative pressure inside the cup. This modality of care can be beneficial for the lymphatic system, ease muscle aches and pain, and is a wonderful treatment for soft tissue mobilization

This treatment is not suited for clients on blood thinning medications. Cupping may leave temporary discoloration to the treatment area due to the suction of the cups.

Massage and Sound Immersion combo

MLD therapy is a light pressure technique that focuses on moving fluid through the lymphatic system, which can assist in alleviating edema, post surgical edema, and is also great for general relaxation and parasympathetic nervous system response. The lymphatic system is the body’s fluid filtration that returns filtered lymph back to the circulatory system. It is responsible for filtering excess long chain fatty acids, proteins, and cellular waste that the circulatory system cannot filter.
